We're not exactly sure WHAT the freak is going on . . . but Kim Kardashian CLEARLY appears to be wearing a PROSTHETIC baby bump.
We don't have ENOUGH EVIDENCE to say that she's NOT in fact pregnant (although we're not CONVINCED either). But she is CLEARLY trying to make people believe that she has a BIGGER bump than she actually has.
