CASE OF PORNOGRAPHY: COVENANT UNIVERSITY WAS RIGHT TO EXPEL STUDENTS- COURT

Guys, you remember 20-year-old Longji Felix Vwamhi who had sued Convenant University for expelling him from school after he was caught with porn on his laptop? 400 level student of Information and Communication Technology Department Longji, after he was expelled on the 27th of November 2012,
had filed a suit against the University with his mum as a co-plaintiff in the suit. Well, that lawsuit has been struck out by Justice Mobolaji Ojo of an Ogun High Court sitting in Ota, Ogun state. Reason for that was lack of merit. Justice Mobolaji said Longji had indeed violated the university regulations, and even admitted to owning the laptop.
