Akwa Ibom State Christmas Carnival Cancelled

Yesterday evening by 9pm, one of the Ibom Christmas carnival representative(Nelson Nseabasi) officially declared the christmas carnival set to hold today (22nd,december,2012) cancelled. The news of the event being cancelled is not being taken likely by participants who purchased forms to join.
Speaking with Nelson Nseabasi yesterday he said " I cannot tell if the carnival will take place this year, our sponsors are angry. some of them are eager to know the reason why the carnival has been called off."
